ebony9ja: Well, there's nothing wrong in sounding like "killjoy" this an open forum and you have a right to your opinion, no hard feelings at all. Yeah, WAPCO can very well experience turbulence by Monday, this NSE, anything can happen, but that's not likely to happen. Have you considered the comparative advantage of the stock in it's sector? Check it's PE ratio, EPS, even the RSI. Meanwhile, I didn't buy mine today and not planning to sell by Monday. |

@All, Nigerian Stock Exchange has today added 900 million ordinary shares to the number of shares outstanding in favour of First City Monument Bank Plc. (FCMB) following the placement of their GDR. Hey-y, how is this going to affect the share price. FO2 you were recommending this stock but it seems like it's not yet time to enter. |

FatherOF2: Ha ha ha, FO2, you don take big grammar confuse me-o, well, whatever it means, I'm confortably in on that one and will ride with you. Na only PZ bin wan worry me as it's taking ages to get off base, but how co-pilot wan come jump commot plane? SO I checked up some stuff and I think you are right about the bonus issue, but when do you envisage this? Greed is a factor to fight against. |

@FatehrOF2, Thanks for your reply to my previous post yesterday. It seems like this PZ flight is finding it difficult to leave the talmac-o, accent has been sluggish, but it sure will. WAPCO just dey move je je, what shall we call it. @no-shaking, Thanks for your VONO theory-o,please more of that in the future. |

@FatherOf2, Yeah, no problem, this your twin brother that's EXACTLY you why not accept you are there and let's know your seet number. Meanwhile, have you boarded the WAPCO flight, do you see it hanging on for me to get salary so I can get more? @kpineo and NBA, and ALL. Hope you are giving us the bid/offer position today? |

eniyanman: Congrats for your PZ.L, but I don't know anything about the LSE, I was talking about NSE. Yeah, PZ Nigeria reported a 17% profit year-end,(which to some wasn't big enough profit), however it's a very strong player in it's sector with some interesting figures too. PE ratio of 19.75(sector average of 30.81), it has an EPS of 1.27 (sector average of 1.07-second only to UACN plc), I'm comfortable in this one and will watch it toward it's UPWARD move. |
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by upward(m): 3:52pm On Jan 25, 2008 |
@kpineo and NBA, How far guys? Please, has any of you received teh daily stock offer/bid position for the day I hope you will upload it here as usual.Thanks. @All, Are you watching PZ?? good move upwards, looks like it didn't take much time refueling. FO2 hope your twin brotehr is still on board that flight, remember you said he was the one there? WAPCO Despite the news of theban on cement importation and all around it, WAPCO definitely is the best in that sector. I picked up some chunk 2 days ago, and it doesn't seem to be a bad decision. I never wanted to mention it here for the obvious reasons of the "importation saga", however I was thrilled FO2 spotted it out in his post earlier today(abi na yesterday). It has the lowest PE ratio in the sector of 20.94, has the heighest EPS in the sector of 3.25, having dropped more than 14% of it's year high of #85.46, I think this stock is set for an UPWARD move. Caveat emptor; the investment decision to buy, hold or sell, should totally be your anyway. |
