I''m presently in a bad mood now, I feel lonely and empty. Have been ttc for the past 2yrs, I had unexplained miscarriage/ ectopic few months back. I was placed on clomid and I was told if it does work for till next month I won't take the drug again, that I will have to opt for IVF. My hubby talks to somehow lately. I'm a Christian and I strongly believe in God, some of my relative gave me some soap and oil last year to use, I bin it, someone also told that she wants to introduce me to one woman that she makes agbo ( some herbs or concoction) I said no, that I'm going to wait on God. Despite all these God hasn't answer me. It's now affecting me physiologically. I don't miss any church programme I hear about, please close to me that knows I attended prayer meeting are now waiting for what the outcome of all these meeting. When will these battle be over? I don't know what to do, I don't feel loved. Most especially I keep having all sort of bad and terrible dreams. I'm thinking of taking time off work, go to Nigeria and look for a mountain and go and pray. So I believe God is still in the business of answering prayers. My period has been so irregular. I only have the shortest cycle of 30 days when I'm on clomid only. I'm just tired, I don't know what to do again.

@ Fruitful ladies --- I was reading about PCOS this evening and i discover alot of things, like cutting down on sugar and carbonhydrates such as white bread, pasta, rice, increasing protein in our food.
The i also read about some herbs that can help ranging from Castor oil, vitex,Dong quai,Saw palmetto and cinnanmon. has anyone used any of these, i heard fertilaid has both dong quai and vitex in it but dont know how far its true . My question is can one combine vitex and dong quai together or vitex and saw palmetoo.

Please i need your advice, a friend of my started vitex after her period and had positve OPK on 26 July, she also had very dark positive OPK on 31 of july. but negative OPK on 2 of August. She notice some sharp pain on her unmentionables, though not everytime, the pains comes and goes. She said she do moan atimes when she feel the pain, then she normally experience something in her throat its like a sensation one normally feel in the throat after taking Tom tom.
She's on CD 30today and she did Preg test this morning around 10am and it was negative. Please, what do you think she can do, she's still taking Vitex,because she has irregular period.

@ Udoka2 Im not a Doctor, but i think 4 weeks is too long, there are various way to check if pregnancy exist or not. if scan is not showing anything and you are getting +HPT, then the doctor should do a blood test to check progesterone and HCG level, it should double every 24hours. Scan doesnt show anything in some people till 12 weeks, but HCG level is very key. I'm really surprise that the doctor asked you to come back in in four weeks time. Above all GOD who's the greatest physician will step into your case and do his wonders in your life.

Hi beckytoyun, welcome on board . Sorry no one commented on your post. What I would advice is prayer & claiming the word of God. Try and study your cycle, is it within normal cycle and regular. U can use ovulation predictor kit. Try and baby dance like 2 days before your ovulation till after ovulation . If you try and no luck, you can try and see a gynecology . I strongly believe that God Izmir still in business of doing miracle

@Camygmail, thanks alot. i think what i'm going to do like you said is to take normal dose before ovulation and reduce it to like 400mg after ovulation. im taking folic acid but i think i will change it to to pregnacare conception. Will keep you posted. Are u in Nigeria or where.

Trust everyone is doing great. Just a quick question on vitex,because i'm seeing conflicting information on it. When can one take vitex?Is it after AF till after ovulation, or all through the cycle. Then how many mg should be taken daily. Can one also take it after getting +HTP.

I did pregnancy test this morning just to make sure my hormone level has drop, it was negative. Have started taking Pregnacere conception, im also trying to detoxify myself. its well.I'm back on my feet now, then i dont want to take anything except pregncare for a month then after my next period, i can resume to vitex and sunflower oil i bought. It's well

I was told not to TTC for three months, which is like a long time, anyway, the Lord will strengthen me.I went through Zita West book Fertility and conception, i saw some herbs for hormonal imbalance which includes: Vitex Agnus Castus, Siberian Ginseng, Dong Quai, Red Clover, Black Cohosh, red raspberry leaf etc.
Im thinking of taking Vitex, i read that it really works for people with PCOS and Fibriod fast, it also part of ingredients that's in fertilaid. So, im starting vitex in like a weeks time,when my hormone level is normal. i was told not to anything aside pcm for a week. please, can i take vitex and pregnacare conception,because i was told to take follic acid after the whole treatment cos the injection is going to damage follic acid in my body.

I know its well with me, dont just want to think about it, 3 months time will be August ending, My Lord is on the throne.

Here's my story. I was told i have PCOS, small fibriod and one blocked tubes. Dr placed me on Clomid, i started with fifty mg for the first month and 100 for second month. On the third month, i saw brown spotting and light period, but i still took the clomid for that month. Then like two weeks later, i started testing for ovulation and it keeps coming psotive for like five days. I posted it on this thread and camrygirltold me to try pregancy test, which i did and came out positive, my hubby and i were really confused and happy. I just started having this serious pain the following that i had to call 999, they took me to the hospital and the doctor said i have to to scan on Monday to make sure the baby is @ the wright place.
I went for it on Monday and they couldnt see foetus anywhere in my tummy, the doctors were worried. i was asked to go for HCG and progesterone blood test, which came of fine and high. That was how i was admitted and they started their investigation. I repeated the scan and blood test on wednesday and nothing was found in my tummy and the HCG level dropped. To cut the long story short i was given an injection to terminate the pregnancy and i was told not TTC for the next three month and all sorts of things. But i know my redeemer liveth.

Hello my people, its been a while, i just came out of hospital this evening, i was diagnosed with unspecified ectopic pregnancy/ miscarriage. i will give you full story tomorrow, im really tired and feeling dizzy abit.

please have been testing for ovulation since Sunday and its still positive till now. is it ok with my light bleeding too. I think i started spotting on day 14 and im on day 16 today. just so confused.

@everyone-- I need help oo, is still with the issue of spotting. Though it stopped afther fifth day,so i knew it was my period that came that way this month. Then i started testing with OPK on Sunday since i was on clomid one hundred mg. It's be coming positive since sunday and i had light spotting on tuesday and today too, though i noticed that any time i clean up. I dont really know what might be causing this. Could it also be ovulation signs or what. please help and save a soul ooo.

Please, i'm abit confused @ the moment my Dr said i have PCOS and placed me on clomid for three months, started with fifty mg from day two to six. it made to have period early enough which was 36 days. The second month i was asked to increase it to hundred and i was able to know with some signs, pain and OPK that i actually ovulated. The blod teast i had on day 21 also confirm that i ovulated. But exactly day 30 i noticed few stains and have been having some pains in my unmentionable, fatigue and mouth tasting bitter. To cut the long story short i had the spotting for like 3 days which was like spotting /light period with little clots and the colours are like dark brown, changes to light red, red and brown. it came for like 3days today ought to be day four but im not seeing anything again. but my unmentionable still hurts @ times. im so confused and have started my third round of clomid last night. i dont know if its my period that just changed this month and i dont know if i should continue with my clomid.
let me blame myself first, because i didnt to ant pregancy test, im just tired of doing the test. dear friends please, i need to advice. i'm @ the cross road, dont know if i should will clomid today. may be its my period thats just scanty and short this cycle.

@ all --- Hmm where do i start from. OK. I have been TTC since Feb2010, and my period became very irregular in June, i thought maybe i was because i relocated but lo it continue and i did pelvic scan on 31/12/10 and i was told i have small fibroid which cant affect my chances of getting pregnant. So the doctor asked my hubby to do some test which all came out fine and i was asked to do HSG or Hy-cosy in march but i was not able to do it until today @ last . The results says my right tubes is OK and that she cant see anything in the left tube and that i have PCOS and it was discovered when i did pelvic scan but the person never to me or my Dr Imagine that
I have been using pregnacere conception,and i want to add evening primose, have prayed and fasted, in fact i made up my mind that I'm not going to fast over it again, thou i will continue praying normally and i will try and not to pray over pregnancy again. I now avoid some calls and people because I'm feel ashamed, almost everybody that got married after me now have their kids . This issue do make me goes on and off with my thinking and behaviours.
Despite all odds, I'm very confident that the Lord who has helped me this far will give me my twins sooner than expected. 2012 whether the devil likes it or not, i going to carry my children in my hands as my Lord liveth and he soul liveth. I just feel ashame and down atimes and have also planed to stop calling all the pastors i know that i normally call before.

@ Lanre 4 ---- I'm presently on fertilaid i got my period using fertilaid for like 5-6 weeks. Though i have irregular period and want to conceive that's why I'm using it.  I have added the tea to it. I'm not sure you can get it in Lagos.


@ ceasyc ------ Please, i will advice you not to use any contraceptive pills to regulate your period. I'm also in your shoes. I'm presently using Fertilaid to correct my cycle, God help me

Fertilaid is a natural supplement, it wasn't prescribe by any Dr. All the test i did was OK, i did Rubella, full blood count etc. The only one I'm yet to do is HSG because it has to be done with first 10days of my cycle. One thing i know is that this is MY YEAR.

Let her know the impact of her pressure on you. please, as much as you can free your mind off it , take things like Folic acid or pregnacare, eat healthy. I don't think I'm overweight, my BMI is 29 according to the doctor. I just bought the fertilaid, its a supplement. I saw my doctor last on 17th of March and my next appointment is July. Maybe i should call my GP and complain again. Thank you.

camrygmail --I'm @ a crossroad now, i don't know what to now. I'm still taking the fertilaid, i started taking it on 5th of May, no period till now. I had my period last on 18th of March. I'm really lost. I was asked to come for HSG when i get my period but i have seen my period since then and pregnancy test is negative. I have been praying and fasting, my issue is really complicated i just feel like going into hiding because I'm really ashamed of myself. I'm really sad.
