Haba saibuhari, are u nt ur brothers' keeper? Help me and liberate me from CCNL and let me be urs forever. Just answer my 4 questions and am liberated forever.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 6:59pm On Sep 27, 2011
@ Saibuhari, u ve nvr bn so active in ths forum than in the last few weeks. Why? Its like ur life depends so much on ths N2,000 support levy. Omokemesi, u re true coz Saibuhari u re now sounding like a wounded lion.
So my fourth question is- Why are u so concern abt ths support levy?
Remember, u ve nt answered my last 3 questions.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 12:37am On Sep 25, 2011
@ Saibuhari, since u re tirelessly trying to liberate us, so why dnt u do the following-
1. Post us the full appeal court judgement of Dec, 2009 tht u re always disputing to be half-true.
2. Post us the remaining paragraph 2,3,4,5 and 6 of the recent Supreme court suit compiled by CCNL which u repeatedly said it fraudulently concealed to defraud more innocent Nigerians. And the last question which is the most important is-
3. You always say CCNL has no evidence of infringement. So what can u say about the LPO's MPNU has been given CCNL for the supply of the said paint and which CCNL gave specifications and order to IPWA to produce for Mobil?
I hope u ll do the above in order to liberate more and more people otherwise. . . @ Saibuhari, since u re tirelessly trying to liberate us, so why dnt u do the following-

@ Saibuhari, why is it that you dont show us (patentees) respect? By saying that we have all gone to find work, are we not employed before? Atleast, by we, (patentees) bein humans, we deserve right and respect of humanity. You should therefore withdraw that your statement!
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 10:59pm On Aug 14, 2011
@ saibuhari, nobody here is ur convert. The method u adopt- abuses, to buttress ur points are what is causing u problems here. U always portray that no one is as inteligent as u, tht we are here because we are dumbs, uninteligent, uneducated and our lives are solely dependent on CCNL, tht whatever is bein said abt the company we always swallow it h line and sinker. Which is quite the opposite.
We all know ths things u ve been posting all along coz I believe nobody will invest without doing his homework well. Saibuhari u made a name here because we let u. Why? Because, if you can observe all along, this forum has a tradition of not welcoming CRITICISMS, COUNTER-POSTS not favourable 2 CCNL and views are MONOPOLISED. So, it's these things tht if am not mistaken prompted u 2 challenge the status quo and not that we don't know the state of affairs- atleast quite a number of us.

In a very recent Al-Jazeera interview with Ledun Mitee, Leader of MOSSOP concerning the UN report on SPDC's oil spill, he categorically voiced out his disappointment on the part of FGN on the report, saying that, instead of FGN to immediately adopt the report, it now says that it will look into it and take appropriate actions on it.
So, the reporter goes on to say that, oil, constitute about 90% of Nigeria's revenue. Coupled with massive corruption, this gives the IOCs high political leverages on Nigeria's corridors of power, because ppl are dying by the day due to lack of good drinking water and their source of livelihood- fishing, has been distroyed. And yet, the Government which is there to protect them is giving them away by not adopting the report and forcing Shell to cough out a mere $1 billion. Even Shell came out to borstfully said that the report will take SEVERAL months before it will come into effect. While the NNPC said it wont pay it's share of the penalty.
So, my ppl, as a patentee and very high ranking one, these are some of the things that are still foot-dragging our imbroglio with MPNU. An oil company of Shell's calibre is envying to part with a mere $1B to clean up all the shit, damage and devastation it has been inflicting on Ogoni ppl for ages, so only God and our collective prayers will force it's sister company in FRAUD to pay us our $296 Billion, but not our Nigerian government. May God help us!

FROM THE COURT- By Caleb Ayansina. (Vanguard)
1. Police in Abuja have arraigned a male hairdresser before an Abuja Magistrate Court for allegedly stealing his customer's BlackBerry smart phone.
2. An employee of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, CCECC, Abuja, has been sentenced to a two-month jail term by an Abuja Magistrate's Court for stealing the company's machine.
3. An Abuja Magistrate's Court last week ordered a 30-year-old labourer to cool off in prison for the next 90 days for stealing three handsets valued @ N25,000 and THREE HANDSET BATTERIES.

So, I wonder what happens to our $296Billion case that can not find itself in ATLEAST one Nigerian daily, not to talk of an International media. I stand to be more ENLIGHTENED and CORRECTED!
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 12:15am On Jul 19, 2011
I remember the settlement btw Shell and Ogoni ppl, it was just over N2 billion naira and almost all the major newspapers have reported it on their front pages. So, in my own view, by now CCNL suppose to have been a household or a brand name in Nigerian circle. They dont need to be inviting any reporter by now,in as much as Vanguard newspaper can publish a report of a man been charged to court for stealing a GOAT.
With the magnitude of this amount of money involved, Baba suppose to be a worldwide authority by now, who can call a world press conference on a blink of an eye. But right now, if you are looking for any info on CCNL, you must contact their staff and will always tell you what they were told by their superiors.
So, my mind is telling me there's something missing here, and right now, there's alot of battle between my wishful thinking and my senses of reasoning and jugdement.
How I wish, CCNL can join the pieces and come clean as to the true position of things because, I, among others have depended and invested heavily on this scheme. I stand to be corrected!
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 8:49am On Jul 17, 2011
@ Umehemeka, my brother thanx always for ur useful info on this forum. But Sir, what always confuses me is that, I read newspapers quite alot of them on daily basis, apart from that Dec, 09 Court of
Appeal ruling in Vanguard, I have never seen any publication concerning CCNL with MPNU. Whereas, you can always see an ordinary court case of a woman dragging her husband to court for infidelity or a man brought to court for stealing a handset. But a case as big as this involving billions of dollars can not find itself on the pages of Nigerian dailies. Pls Sir, and others on this forum put me on the clear about this. Or is there something CCNL is not telling us. Mark you all, am not disputing anything or anyone, ITS JUST A OBSERVATION! May God bless us and CCNL.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 12:48am On Jul 06, 2011
Hello my fellow patentees, pls does anyone knows the outcome of the Press conference that Baba suppose to have hold on the 2nd of this month? If we can all remember, Pastor Salami said that CCNL will take a final step in getting it's royalty and on the 2nd of this month every patentee will know abt it. I also read in LNP of last 2 weeks or so, that Baba will meet with people from the Press. Pls, Omokemesi, Banjo24, Yusuf, Umehemeka et al, someone sld jist us.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 1:54am On Jun 18, 2011
@ saibuhari, you nvr cease to amaze me with your pretences. Infact, you are one of the pretenders of this century. You always spend so much time here trying to make us believe the opposite of your mind. You cant tell us that you are not a patentee coz no one here that is not. And forget about the idea that Mobil are sending their agents here to cause confusion- which you are always trying to be under that disguise. Mobil will nvr waste their time here!
Saibuhari you are suffering from LATENT PARANOA, a psychological condition whereby FEAR and ANXIETY are trying to supercede each other in your conciousness. Believe me, you are as interested(positively) as any one here. How i wish you can seek help inorder to break away from that psychological BOX.
And remember, there are people here from diverse fields of knowlegde, who can analyse so many things from the way we write.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 9:41am On Jun 04, 2011
Hello my fellow patentees, please for those of us that are going to Enugu for the conference/seminar, that they should please come back and share with us on this forum, we that are not going, all that has transpired there. May God bless CCNL.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 5:08pm On May 27, 2011
@ dmass, jay bee, missuzoma, roxell120, for your information nobody expects MPNU to pay CCNL the whole amount because they dont have it, but to reach a common ground (amount), which they will defitely do in sha Allah. Do you know that a quarter of that amount will last us for 14years? My brothers and sister, i believe in CCNL and i will continue to support it. Infact am spending another N630,000 in upgrade and new registration. You can call me whatever name you like. May God see us through, ameen.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 11:50pm On May 15, 2011
My fellow patentees, one will never stop wondering how things are done in this country. MPNU said to CCNL that one of their conditions for negotiation is for CCNL to withdraw all court cases before they sit for negotiation. Look at this for God's sake?
Also, the first time CCNL went to see OBJ, he told them that they sld meet the incumbent President coz he can not do anything now that he leaves office. It was one traditional ruler from Abeokuta with the help of Pastor Salami that persuaded OBJ to intervene.
And in his response to the CCNL's letter, pleading with him to intervene, OBJ clearly stated that he will use his person to intervene in an invention imbroglio CCNL "ALLEGE" to have own and if at the end of the day his intervention has not produce any possitive result, then CCNL can seek "REDRESS ELSEWHERE".
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 6:12pm On May 07, 2011
Am very glad to hear this good news! Thanks Mr. Omokemesi for your wonderful job. I think MPNU has no where to hide now as the Judiciary has not been in their support and now that the Presidency has written them, they have no other choice than to pay.
But my fellow members, do you think they will not complain about the amount being too much for them to pay? Because last year Exxon Mobil made a P.A.T of $19bn and being the second largest American Corporation(Forbes).
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 3:46pm On May 07, 2011
So, I marms, a member of this forum, on behalf of my self and the people I represent, I hereby bow for Mr. Yusuf Akure to be the Deputy Pioneer of CCNL Patentees Assembly but on the condition that he will from now on cease to post his highly grammatical and well-researched write-ups about MPNU which are causing confusion and doubts among the less educated members like myself. Therefore, Mr. Omokemesi Sir, here I represent my request to you for approval. Thank you Sir.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 3:26pm On May 07, 2011
@ Yusuf Akure, my brother nobody is disputing your write ups here, but if you will look at my last post, you will discover that your research is not what majority (almost 90%) would like to hear. As you see me here, I represent a lot of people in Kano, so when we gather for our meeting, do you think people here would like to hear your research. My brother, how many of them will even understand your grammer? I have been following you here and also in CCNL Patentees Assembly International and am quite OPPRESSED with your work. But I think it is better there than here. In my own opinion, there is no need for any Voting unless you would like to be the Deputy of Mr. Omokemesi, then I have already bow for that.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 10:28am On May 07, 2011
@ Tenfour and Sureboy505, I think we should let everything rest for ever, because this forum is important to a lot of people that you guys may not know.
I registered in Kano in early 2008 and that was the first time CCNL came to far North including Kaduna, Katsina, Jigawa etc and uptill now majority of patentees here don't have access to this kind of information. Infact how many people have access to Internet here? The only information patentees got was when they called CCNL offices in these states. So patentees were not satisfied with that, they now came with the idea of meeting every fortnight in CCNL office in Kano to discuss and share the little information one or two people got. So, another idea came, which was to contribute N100 each petentee and delegate two people to travel to Lagos to gather information. And this has been the norm until LNP came and this forum was accidently discovered.
Therefore, my brothers, if you cause the shut down of this forum because you can have information elsewhere, remember our other fellow brothers and sisters that depend on this forum.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 9:42am On May 06, 2011
Am glad that the negotiations and mediation processes have continued, may God see us through in little time. Mr. Omokemesi, as you stated on this forum that the inventor himself has stated that CCNL is no longer at war with MPNU. And you yourself have advised us that we should tread softly and be cautious on the kind of comments we post concerning MPNU. But recently I have observed that LNP has been publishing articles about MPNU which are quite on the contrary. These are as follows.
1. Negative influence of MPNU on leadership values.
2. Poor public perception of MPNU.
3. The many sins of MPNU in Nigeria.
4. MPNU holds AGM amids poor public perception.
So Sir, why these publications now, when negotiation processes are on top gear?
Is it that CCNL has no confidence on the negotiation process?
Or is it to increase public awareness about the atrocities of MPNU?
Or lastly, is it to increase pressure on MPNU to honor their earlier promises to pay the royalty?
I hope you will shade more light on these issues. May God bless us and CCNL.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 8:27pm On May 02, 2011
@ Omokemesi, yes, you are right Sir. This forum is not for placing employment adverts. Let him go to the forums that are specified for such placements.
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 11:23am On May 02, 2011
Congratulations Shollay6. May God almighty blesses your marriage with love, happiness, peace and abundance. May He grant you abundant wealth of the OCEAN and obedient children. cheesy
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 2:12pm On Apr 30, 2011
@ Godsayes, let us assume the negotiation fails, then CCNL goes to court again and they also bribe the judges. Would the judges erase the earlier judgements? Would the judges give MPNU ownership of the invention? So at most, MPNU will get away with a slash- considering the amount involve. Godsayes, if MPNU were to give that first installment they earlier promised and CCNL decides to keep that amount in the bank and be paying to patentees from it each month, do you know that it will last for 14 good years?
So my brother you are only being paranoid and extremely IMPATIENT. You are only being thinking that MPNU will continue to be having their ill gotten ways for life. Don't you ever come to think that nothing lasts for ever? More especially INJUSTICE? Don't you remember the law of KAMA? Where are the Roman and Parsian empires that ruled for 4000 years? The British were Super powers for 150 years. Are they still? Do you know that the so called Americans are losing relevance in the world each passing day? Godsayes, MPNU's injustices will not last forever. And God willing we will soon see the end to that. God is not an unjust King!
Nairaland / General / Re: Comandclem Patentees Assembly by marms: 11:43am On Apr 24, 2011
I heard from a reliable source that even if these negotiations fail,CCNL is planning to collect a letter from FGN and take it to the World Intellectual Property Organisation for payment enforcement since it is the world governing body that protects patent rights. Do we know that Exxon Mobil is one of the beneficiaries of patent right? Standard oil- parent company of Exxon Mobil invented PMS and for every litre of Petrol bought, they were getting their royalty out of it. My fellow members, as the saying goes, nothing good comes easy and we already know that when ever these monies are paid, it will be the break through and the fulfilled dream to majority of us. So, in my own opinion, if they pay this year or next, it doesn't matter 'coz we are all potential millionaires. Remember, nothing good comes easy. Mr. Omokemesi and co, I stand to be corrected.

In a recent 'Al-Jazeera' interview with the renown Nobel Laureate Prof. Wale Soyinka and Chimamanda Adichie, an American based Nigeria writer and winner of the Orange Price award for Fiction, about Nigeria's democratic transition. The issue that had been reiterated was the need for the next President of Nigeria to really look into and curb the activities of the IOCs.
But my fellow members, since 1999, it was the IOCs that had been part-sponsoring every PDP's election both Primary and Secondary. It is the IOCs that fully sponsored G.E.J's primary election last year- by giving each delegate $9,000! So, how many states do we have in Nigeria? And how many delegates do we have in each state?

For years, Nigeria's relationship with the International Oil Companies (IOCs) operating in Nigeria had been governed by the Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, they signed, until 2006, when the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, NEITI, blew the whistle on the fraudulent activities of the IOCs. It first of all asked the then President Obasanjo to probe the discrepancies between oil revenue figures that the oil and gas operators reported and that in the accounts domiciled at the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.
In plain language, what NEITI discovered was the fact that, even on reported shipments, the IOCs were cheating Nigeria by not paying all they owe.
They trade with our money, they take illegally from us and they delay or sometimes withhold payments. And to add salt to injury, these are petty cash compared to the real looting of our oil treasure by massive inaccurate reportings/calculations.
My fellow patentees, do you know that the IOCs determine the prices they pay in each transaction? Why? Because the wicked MoU has stated that they are not going to tell Nigeria all what is happening in the Industry.
NEITI further discovered that, Nigeria produces much more than the 2.4mb/d the IOCs claim. We don't know at the flow stations how much oil is being produced and sold. There is no proper records of oil exports at the terminals by the IOCs. All these is being done with the help of bribed Nigerian collaborators.
